Sewage treatment technologies

When performing sewage purification, our Company establishes the solution most suitable for our clients from both a technological and an economic perspective by adjusting at all times to the given sewage waters to be purified and to the already existing facilities and those under construction of the plant. If required, we use all solutions currently known and a combination of the solutions, which include items from physical filtering through chemical purification to biological purification.

Our machinery used is made of anti-corrosion, stainless materials. Our systems are automated, easy to manage and they require only minimum supervision by the operator. Due to modern design and control automation, chemical consumption and electricity consumption may also be reduced to a minimum. This represents significant savings from the perspective of the operator, in addition thereto, the system shall remain reprogrammable in a flexible manner at all times, in the event of possible changes in load.

 

Chemical purification

Purification of very good efficiency may be achieved by chemical purification from 10 m3/h up to 100 m3/h. Our stainless system operates in automatic mode, with the help of the chemicals determined by our chemists, based on a PLC controlled program.

 

Biological purification, decomposition

With the help of microorganisms present also in nature, and by controlled aeration, we are able to remove contaminants dissolved and floating in water to an extent compatible with even the strictest limit values. Aerobic and anaerobic cycles regulated by controlled aeration are created; these are required for full-scope purification.

 

Mud drainage

The removal or treatment of mud accumulated in the process of sewage purification represent significant costs for settlements. By drainage the volume can be reduced to a fraction of the original volume, it will be more easily manageable, which will also result in the reduction of additional costs.
